An expedited appeal has led to the release of Ursula Nevin. Miss Nevin was originally sentenced to five months custody at Manchester City Magistrates court last week . Miss Nevin appeared before Judge Gilbart QC the Recorder of Manchester, represented by our instructed counsel Mr Richard Vardon. Miss Nevin was released and sentenced to seventy five hours of unpaid work.
