John Mitchell – Partner – John has extensive experience of all aspects of criminal law. Over the last fifteen years John has dealt with several high profile murder cases, large-scale drug importations and complex fraud matters.
Peter Broderick – Partner – Peter is an experienced Solicitor who has for many years dealt with high level serious criminal litigation. Most recently his practice has concentrated on the preparation and conduct of serious money laundering cases and also complex conspiracy to defraud matters. Peter is also the head of our Police station department.
Gavin Clarke – Associate Solicitor – Gavin is an experienced and respected advocate, with a reputation for defending the rights of his clients in a robust and forthright manner. A specialist in Road Traffic law and the Head of our Magistrates court Department.
Adele Duffy – Crown Court Clerk – Adele specialises in the preparation of Crown Court cases, her practice covers all areas of criminal defence work and white collar crime. Dedication and an eye for detail ensure her clients receive the best service possible.
Adele was responsible for having the successful appeal of Ursula Nevin expedited and was the driving force behind this high profile case.
